Bronson Bearing Press / Puller Tool
Description
Bronson Speed Co. calls the Bronson Bearing Press / Puller Tool the best-designed bearing press and puller, and the best way to install or remove Bronsons or any other skateboard bearings.
It installs any 608 skateboard bearing into wheels up to 100mm in diameter and 75mm wide, contacting only the outer race. The puller on the side uses axial-only force to remove bearings with no twisting or torquing of the inner race.
Who the Bronson Bearing Press Is For
- Skaters who swap bearings often
- Bronson bearing owners
- Longboarders with big wheels
- Home and shop mechanics
Features
- Installs any 608 bearing
- Fits wheels up to 100mm diameter and 75mm wide
- Presses on the outer race only
- Side-mounted bearing puller
- Axial-only pulling force
Benefits
- Prevents damage to cage, balls, and shields
- No twisting of the inner race
- Works on skateboard and longboard wheels
Why Use a Bearing Press
Pushing bearings in with your truck axle or prying them out with a tool can twist the races and damage the shields, cage, and balls. A bearing press applies straight, even force to the right part of the bearing, so bearings go in and come out without damage.
