Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy:
- TGM Skateboards accepts returns up to 30 days from your date of purchase.
- Please contact TGM Skateboards prior to returning your item. You must obtain a return authorization (RA #) and complete a return form prior to returning your item. Please download the following form:
- Products returned must be unused and in original packaging. Shoes and clothing must be not be worn or washed and any tags must not be removed.
- Full refunds are issued for product cost only. Refunds on orders shipped with free shipping will be refunded less the original shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Orders that are refused or undeliverable will be refunded less all applicable shipping charges.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of the product.
Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items:
- Defective, damaged, and incorrect items must be reported to TGM Skateboards within 4 days of delivery.
- For damaged items, please save any and all packaging, you may be required to send pictures of package damage in order for a damage claim to be filed with the applicable shipping carrier.
- If you received an incomplete or incorrect item, please contact TGM Skateboards. We will resolve any errors in your order at our expense, including return shipping and re-ship fees.
- Defective items received will be refunded or exchanged based on availability. Any returns for defective items will be inspected by TGM Skateboards and full refunds will be issued for items confirmed defective.
- You must contact the Manufacturer directly for any defect, lifetime, or money back guarantees they offer after the initial receipt of your product. TGM Skateboards does not honor manufacturer product claims, you must work directly with the manufacturer.
- In some situations, Manufacturers will occasionally change the colors on product options, i.e. wheel color on complete skateboards and longboards. We do our best to keep our pictures updated, however, TGM Skateboards is not responsible for Manufacturer color changes.

Shipping
All orders within the continental US include FREE economy shipping with an order value of over $10. Economy shipping methods typically take between 2-8 days to arrive, depending on your location. We offer highly competitive and affordable shipping upgrades. You can view these rates during the checkout process. All orders typically ship within 24 hours(does not include holidays or weekends). All orders are shipped from Michigan.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico ship via USPS. Your order will still leave us within 24-48 business hours. However the transit time will be anywhere from 5-10 business days. These orders are subject to an additional shipping surcharge.
International Orders
International orders are subject to applicable import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. These fees are not included in shipping costs you pay when placing your order with us. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon delivery of your order. Please contact your customs office for more detailed information.
By ordering goods from eTailer/ supplier destined to EU-member states specifically, services will be provided to you only after you explicitly agree to become Importer of Record (“IOR”) and as such customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf. As IOR, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the products ordered by you into the destination EU-member state and are solely responsible for the payment of duties, and taxes either at the time of sale if prepayment is selected or at the time of importation if prepayment is not selected. You hereby give a proxy or power of attorney (“POA”) to eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider for the customs clearance of products ordered by you. This POA authorizes eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider’s assigned customs broker to act on behalf of you. eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider’s intervention with respect to customs formalities may be done by a customs agent assigned by eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider on your behalf. You hereby acknowledge to have understood the concept of IOR and the need of the POA and further state that the terms of the POA or terms of the purchase from eTailer/ supplier and transportation conditions from eTailer/ supplier’s designated shipping provider are not unreasonable or unknown to you, that you have read them, understood them and further have agreed to them.
