Description

Dooks Shock Pads 1/8" Soft come from Dooks Riser Pad Company, founded in 1992, which says it invented the original anti-vibration shock pad. They reduce vibration between your trucks and board and give you a little shock absorption.

At 1/8", they add a small bump in ride height too.

What Shock Pads Do

  • Absorb shock: Softer pads take some of the impact from hard landings and rough ground.
  • Reduce vibration: They cut down on the vibration traveling between your trucks and deck.
  • Protect your deck: A cushion between the trucks and the wood helps prevent stress cracks at the bolt holes.
  • Add a little height: Even a thin pad gives you some extra clearance against wheelbite.
