Gateway Disc Golf NXT Superglow Ether Distance Driver 12/6/-1/2 - Choose Exact Disc
SKU: DG-GW-NXTSGLW-ETHR (REF1627-7)
Description
The Gateway NXT Superglow Ether distance driver is one of the best distance drivers Gateway has ever created, molded in NXT Superglow plastic. It's built for players who want a predictable, reliable flight, and it's at its best on max-distance drives with torque resistance. Gateway has been making discs for over 20 years and is known as one of the top putter companies in the game.
NXT Superglow Plastic
NXT (Nylon Xtra Tuff) is Gateway's most durable blend, developed with NYCOA. Superglow uses strontium to produce the longest-lasting, brightest glow on the market, with a heavy loading of glow to make sure these discs glow their best.
The Mold
The Ether is a recently PDGA-approved Gateway driver that Gateway calls one of the best distance molds it has ever created. Similar to a DD3, Wraith, Zeus, or Scorpius, it has tremendous distance potential and torque resistance with an incredible amount of glide for max distance.
Stability
The Ether is stable. Stable discs fly straight for most of their flight and finish with a dependable fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with a reliable fade to the left at the end. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with the fade finishing to the right. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's best for intermediate to advanced players with good arm speed.
