Latitude 64 Disc Golf Gold Jade Distance Driver 9/6/-2/1 - Choose Exact Disc
Description
The Latitude 64 Gold Jade distance driver is an Easy-to-Use driver for players outgrowing the Diamond, molded in Gold plastic. It's built for newer players and anyone who wants easy distance and turnovers, and it's at its best on controllable distance. Latitude 64 makes its discs in its own factory in the north of Sweden, designed by PDGA Hall of Famer Tomas Ekström.
Gold Plastic
Gold Line is Latitude 64's premium blend. It starts from the same plastics used in Opto Line, with an added polymer for better grip without losing Opto's excellent durability.
The Mold
The Jade is a little more stable for players who loved the Diamond but now need a disc that handles more speed. It sits comfortably in the hand, holds angles well, and you can turn it over, but unless you force it, it fades back at the end.
Stability
The Jade is stable-to-understable. Understable discs turn away from your throwing arm at speed, making turnovers and hyzer-flips easier and helping lower-power players fly straight. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it tends to drift right during the fastest part of its flight, then shows a gentle fade back to the left. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, drifting left early and fading right at the end. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It suits beginners who need help getting straight flights as well as advanced players who want to shape turnovers.
