Scratch and Dent items are things we amass that have some technical fault where we just don't feel right selling them as "Brand New". 99% of the time the fault is a tiny scratch or blem that would happen within 1 minute of skating the board. This board was sold as a blank assembly kit and returned with sticker art all over it. Not sure why someone would put this level of commitment to customizing something and returning it, but it happened. The board is new and not ridden, but has cosmetic marks from return shipping.
