Description

The Discraft Special Blend Scorch distance driver is a max-glide distance driver with a reliable fade, molded in Special Blend plastic. It's built for players of every skill level, and it's at its best on straight flights and high-speed turn for distance. This listing is the Valerie Mandujano Tour Series release of the Scorch. Valerie Mandujano is part of Team Discraft.

Special Blend Plastic

Discraft's Special Blend combines Titanium and Big Z. It delivers enhanced grip, lasting durability, standout color, and a confident, tacky feel in the hand, which is why it's used for Team Discraft's 2026 Tour Series releases.

The Mold

The Scorch is designed for maximum glide with a reliable fade. Beginner to intermediate players get an easy-to-throw straight flier that fights to come back even in wind, while advanced players get high-speed turn and a late finish for amazing distance.

Stability

The Scorch is stable-to-understable. Understable discs turn away from your throwing arm at speed, making turnovers and hyzer-flips easier and helping lower-power players fly straight. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it tends to drift right during the fastest part of its flight, then shows a gentle fade back to the left at the end. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, drifting left early and fading right at the end. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It suits beginners who need help getting straight flights as well as advanced players who want to shape turnovers.
