Innova Disc Golf Star Arachnid Midrange Disc 5/6/-1/1 - Choose Exact Disc
Description
The Innova Star Arachnid midrange is a fast-feeling, max-glide midrange built to stay straight, molded in Star plastic. It's built for players who want a straight, easy-to-control flight, and it's at its best on straight, gliding mid lines. If you're shopping for a dependable Arachnid for your bag, this Star run is a great place to start.
Star Plastic
Star is created with a special blend of grippy, resilient polymers. It offers the outstanding durability of Champion plastic with improved grip like Pro plastic, and it flies like Champion while being slightly less firm. It provides predictable performance, long-lasting durability even on wooded or rugged courses, good all-weather grip, and it retains its flight longer than DX or Pro plastics.
The Mold
Like the Fox, the Arachnid feels fast for a midrange and pushes forward with maximum glide. But where the Fox is designed to turn easily, the Arachnid is built to stay straight under more power, with added torque resistance and a touch more finish.
Stability
The Arachnid is neutral-to-stable. Neutral discs fly straight and true with very little turn or fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with only a slight drift left as it slows down. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with a gentle drift right at the finish. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's an easy choice for beginners and a reliable tool for experienced players.
