Pepper grip falls somewhere between Jessup and Mob. It's a bit grippier than Jessup, but won't eat your shoes up like Mob, and sticks to the deck better than Mob grip.

Good grip; i usually ride jessup or blank grip and i can definitely tell the difference. It seems a lot more grippy!
