Scratch and Dent items are things we amass that have some technical fault where we just don't feel right selling them as "Brand New". 99% of the time the fault is a tiny scratch or blem that would happen within 1 minute of skating the board. Sometimes these are boards that got returned out of the original packaging with small marks for shipping. Sometimes the decks were skated... we will tell you all the details. This board is used. Maybe tested out for 10 minutes, then returned. There are some marks on the girp tape and a little dirt on the wheels. Perfectly skateable with 95% life left.
