What Risers Do

• Prevent wheelbite: Risers raise your ride height, so bigger wheels and looser trucks don't catch the deck.
• Increase deck life: They add a layer between hard aluminum trucks and the wood, absorbing some shock at the bolt holes to help prevent stress cracks.
