Black Diamond Griptape, risers, and hardware are in the box, so it's everything you need for a full 8.4" setup.

The NEW 323 is symmetrical, with an identical 6.79" nose and tail on Powell's K26 symmetrical double-kick concave, so it rides the same in either direction. Powell lists its shape features as Pressure Dimples, Grab Spots, a Primo Curve, a Symmetrical Nose and Tail, and a Pressure Pocket, at 8.4" wide at the trucks and 8.2" at the waist.
