Description

The Discmania C-Line MD3 midrange is Discmania's do-it-all midrange, molded in C-Line plastic. It's built for players who want a straight, easy-to-control flight, and it's at its best on point-and-shoot mid shots. This listing is the 10-Year Anniversary Revolution release of the MD3. It celebrates 10 years of the MD3, Discmania's most popular midrange, with a special anniversary stamp.

C-Line Plastic

C-Line is Discmania's most durable plastic, and these discs wear down very slowly. They keep their original flight for an extended time and perform predictably, avoiding damage better than any other plastic even in heavy woods or on rugged courses. It has good grip, a showstopper see-through look, and is typically the most stable blend in Discmania's lineup.

The Mold

The MD3 is in the bag of practically every Team Discmania pro. It gets you straight to your destination with almost driver-like range, with very good glide for easier distance and a gentle fade for accuracy. It's a point-and-shoot midrange for all skill levels.

Stability

The MD3 is neutral-to-stable. Neutral discs fly straight and true with very little turn or fade. For right-hand backhand (RHBH) throwers, it flies straight with only a slight drift left as it slows down. Left-hand backhand (LHBH) throwers will see the mirror image, with a gentle drift right at the finish. Forehand flights flip that pattern: right-hand forehand (RHFH) follows the LHBH line and left-hand forehand (LHFH) follows the RHBH line. It's an easy choice for beginners and a reliable tool for experienced players.

Flight Numbers

Rating Value What it means

Glide 5 Lots of glide to help it stay in the air and add distance.
Turn 0 No high-speed turn, so it holds its line early in flight.
Fade 1 Very little fade, so it finishes nearly straight.
